Discover ECHILD's New Searchable Repository for Phenotyping Code Lists

The ECHILD team is excited to announce the launch of a new Phenotyping Code List Repository, a significant step forward in streamlining the research process for the research community. This repository is designed to simplify the search and use of phenotype code lists, making them more accessible and user-friendly for researchers working with electronic health records.

Hosted at code.echild.ac.uk, the repository aims to be a comprehensive resource, providing detailed code lists that can be easily integrated into research workflows. While the current focus is on making these lists available, we’re also developing accompanying R and Stata code to further support your data analysis needs, which will be released in due course.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the research capabilities of the ECHILD project and to support our community in their work. Visit the repository today and explore this new resource!
