We are hiring two Research Fellows (Grade 7 or 8) to join the Child Health Informatics Group at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health. Current Openings:

  1. Research Fellow (Grade 7) – Equalise: ESRC Centre for Lifecourse Health Equity
    This role focuses on understanding the role of learning-based inequalities in reducing health inequalities from a life course perspective.

  2. Senior Research Fellow / Research Fellow (Grade 7/8) – Childhood Cancer and Education Outcomes
    This post will investigate the educational and long-term health impacts of childhood cancer, providing valuable insights to inform care strategies.

Key Requirements:

Candidates should have:

  • A PhD or equivalent experience in epidemiology, statistics, or health informatics.

  • Expertise in data management, linkage, and analysis of large datasets.

  • Advanced skills in statistical software (e.g., Stata, R, SQL).

  • Experience in multi-disciplinary collaborations, as well as excellent communication and writing skills, are highly valued.
